I have used Free versions of software for 20 years and never had a problem. I mostly objected to purchasing because I felt that paid versions like McAffe and Norton were too powerful and not in a good way. It seemed at times that the software was running me and just not doing a "simpler" and less intrusive product. I found it.

been with Mcafee for 10 years plus . It doesn't compare with Total AV on any level. Will switch permanently to Total AV ASAP. Wish i found Total AV years ago .......

I love the clean up features. Wish it were easier to transfer to replacement computer but overall a good security program.
